God, within one month they processed only 9 days applications, mine is sep 20 and i dont know when my number will come. Damn, they can process 25k applications in 2 days but they cant process 9 days I-140 apps in one month. so frustrating, my h1 will expire on sep 29th 2007:mad:

"Employee acknowledges that the Company may invest significant sums to train and educate Employee and the Company’s investment in Employee would be jeopardized if Employee were to leave the company’s employment prior to the Company’s receipt of the benefits of such training and education. Bottom line, once you sign in legal terms you are agreeing to the company terms & conditions...as I highlighted above, its pretty clear that if you leave before the set time frame you will be responsible for paying them back!!

your degree certificate changed if you completed your degree in 2000 and gave some supplimentry exam in 2002, so you did not get Degree Certificate in 2000. You got it in 2002. That makes it 2002 Degree Holder and not 2000. That mean whatever supp subject you are saying was mandatory for Degree Completion.

What is the procedure to file Tax from India?
1. Designate one of the tax filing companies (HR block etc ...) as your agent by filling a form (check IRS web site) and give it to your. Your company will issue W-2 to this agent. You have to pay filing fee in advance to the tax filing company.
2. If your company issues W-2 electronically and your banks/financial institutions produce 1099s electronically, you can file the returns from India electronically and direct refund to your bank account.

I understand that there is lot of fear among applicants that USCIS might retrogress the dates interimly sometime in july due to the expected high volume of applications filing in the begining of july.
To minimize the chance of USCIS from taking any such steps, shall we all unite and file the applications on a specific date in july probably on 30th of july? This will accomodate all applicants...so that we shall all be winners and use this opportunity to our advantage instead of competing amongst each other...where only a few will be winners and others will be loosers.
This will also reduce the pressure among applicants , attorneys and doctors.
Can the AILA cooperate? Will there be unity amongst applicants to make this possible??? any ideas ??
When I think, you guys have reached the bottom of madness, you keep digging deeper...As such there is enough madness with INS in allowing every tom, dick and harry who filed in 2007 to be on par with those poor souls who have been waiting since 2002/2003/2004...And add to that fact that, you already got approved...And you want those poor souls who waited long enough, to wait for those lucky 2007 filers...Can your suggestion get any madder? :eek:

Anybody Travelled with only Advance Payrole through Frankfurt recently please post ?
where they will check for transit visa in usa while boarding or in frankfurt or in india while return ?
My nationality is Indian. Presently i am residing in USA . I have " Advance Payrole Document " . I am planning to travel in this February 2011 from " Atlanta -> Frankfurt -> India(Hyderabad) " and return is in May 2011 from " India(Hyderabad) -> Frankfurt -> Atlanta " in lufthansa airways.
So shall i go for this round trip with a valid " Advance Payrole Document " only ? or i need to have " Air Transit Visa ? If i need Air transit Visa could you please let me know how to apply and what documents i need to submit .
please help already buyed tickets from lufthansa website. non refundable ticket. before that one time i cancelled ticket. airport transit visa shall we apply by post/mail ? in person cant go because very far totally 30 hors drive that too with infant driving not possible . please help ?
While pending i-485 if i applied for German airport transit visa is there any negative concerns because of that ?

I went to India in 1st week of Dec and returned Jan 1st through Lufthansa(Frankfurt), and both ways, no transit visa was asked for or checked for either before boarding/check-in or in Frankfurt. On the way to India, they just make sure you have a Indian visa(or passport) and on way back, they just check if you have US visa(or AP). Don't worry too much, believe me, it is more of an embarrasment for Lufthansa ,in front of several hundreds of travellers, to deny boarding to someone without transit visa. If they do it, they know they would get free negative publicity that would erode their traveller base for years .
